The Disruptive Lab is a Tech Hub/Co-Working space providing the necessary platform that effectively combines space, services and programming, to enable businesses and the community at large to build capacity, technology and economic development.
Normal operating hours are from 8am to 5pm. However, we open earlier or close much later based on our members’ needs or requests. We have had members working for International Companies (in Europe and in the US) that have been able to operate from the space as late as they required to work according to their HQ time zones.
Coworking in a nutshell is the sharing of workspace. We at The Disruptive Lab, host a multitude of companies and individuals that wish to share a workspace with other like-minded business individuals.
  • Cost Savings: Sharing infrastructure and resources offers big savings particularly on rent, utilities (electricity, water and internet), and amenities such as FREE Tea, Drinking Water, and Coffee. We also have cleaners that come in and leave the space spotless for the next day and 24hr security with added measures like security cameras and fingerprint access to keep you and your equipment safe and sound. We can do a cost analysis with you to illustrate the cost savings you might enjoy during your stay.
  • Networking: Working with people outside your own company can really pay-off. At The Disruptive Lab, you get to connect with new members, collaborators, supporters, and even potential investors for your projects.
  • Programming and Events: Aside from a conducive working environment, we host a wide range of events and development programs to give you an opportunity to network within and without, and also develop your business and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Flexibility: At The Disruptive Lab, members can set their own work schedules and come and go as they please. We keep our doors open until our last member leaves after hours. We have implemented strict security and safety measures to afford our members a safe and conducive work environment. With close communication with our staff, you can set the schedule that works best for you.
  • Creativity and Innovation:Working with others doing different things will expose you to new ideas and boost your creativity and ability to innovate. You will also have the opportunity to brainstorm with individuals that share a different perspective as well as enjoy a wide array of events and programs that will be sure to pique your interest as well as provide you with a wealth of new ideas.

    No. All prices and fees are fully explained before you are billed. There are no hidden costs to you.
    Yes, however with limited support staff. We keep our doors open until our last member leaves after hours. We have implemented strict security and safety measures to afford our members a safe and conducive work environment. With close communication with our staff, you can set the schedule that works best for you.
    A Day Pass gives you access to The Disruptive Lab and all its facilities from 8am to 5pm. If you require afterhours service, please let us know and we can adjust your pass to accommodate your needs.

    • Yes, we convert the space after hours, mostly over the weekends to host events. Our space can host up to 100 people at your next event.
    • We also rent out the conference rooms for training workshops, meetings, and web conferencing.
